We invite You for MINI FESTIVAL CUBANO - 3 days of workshops (15 lessons) starting at 27th of december and 4 pre-New Years Eve parties and sleigh ride. Winter sports enthusiasts are welcome to stay longer and take advantage of the newly built ski slope with a cable railway couch car just outside the hotel.

Sleigh ride:

  As a part of minifestival - we invite You to take a part in pre-New Year's Eve sleigh ride! On Monday at 19:00 we will go together for an evening sleigh ride on the beautiful route through the forest of Valley White Wisełka. Sleigh ride start location must be reached on Your own. We will help people outside of Bielsko (with no cars) to organize transportation. Car gathering in Bielsko (departure from Hotel Dębowiec at 18:00). Cars will be left on the parking lot and from then we start go on the sleigh exactly at 19:00. After the ride our host will invite us for a hot meal (stew)  in a mountain chalet. After that we will have a salsa party with our guests to at least 1:30. Of course for the still hungry and thirsty we anticipate the possibility to purchase more meals (e.g. grilled) and drinks (juices, beer, mulled wine). Stronger drinks or liquors must be provided on Your own (no possibility to get those there).

NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY:

The price includes:
- Music/DJ support (salsa - mainly Cuban and other Latin rhythms);
- Dinner (hot meal);
- Appetizers, cake, fruits;
- Cold and hot drinks (in unlimited quantities);
- A glass of champagne.
Caution! - Alcohols brought on Your own.

New Year's Eve Location:
- Hotel Dębowiec (al. Armii Krajowej 220, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała)

- Accommodation: The hotel has a very good standard of accommodation (accommodation Usual price is about 160zł/double room). Each room has a bathroom, TV, telephone and internet access. For minifestival participants - all the places in a much lower price (see chart). You can choose from 2 -, 3 - and 4-bed rooms. The accomodation and event payment order sets the priority for choosing and occupying of particular rooms

- New Year's Breakfast (about 12:00) - interested participant should point it out in the form. On other days, Breakfast is ordered and paid at the reception.
- Parking in front of the hotel: free of charge.

New Year's Eve Party Plan:

- The start - promptly at 20:00
- places at tables will be assigned tables will include 15-25 people according to the earlier suggestions (please send the list by one person on behalf of the whole group, a person with no suggestion will be allocated by us)
- 21:00 - A hot meal
- 22.00 - Official opening of the event
- the party plan includes (except of dance craziness) - fun, entertainment and competitions! Among other things, traditionally we will try to dance the biggest possible rueda!
- At midnight - you know - champagne and New Year's wishes!
